Reverend Danny Lybarger

Danny Lybarger is the Lead and founding Pastor of The Well, an inclusive and rapidly growing church in the St. Louis region. With a mission to raise up new generations of radically inclusive followers of Jesus, The Well has become known for its vibrant worship, engaging teaching, and commitment to radical hospitality, especially toward those who have traditionally been told “no” by the church. Danny holds a B.A. in Christian Ministries from George Fox University and an M.Div. from United Theological Seminary. Before founding The Well, he served in executive and multisite pastor roles in congregations of 800 and 3,000 across Oregon, Alabama, and Missouri. Beyond The Well, Danny’s voice has been featured on Jubilee Media, as well as through his own platforms: The Deconstruction Zone Podcast and his Substack, A Bigger Table. Both reach thousands monthly and center on the intersections of spiritual, theological, and political conversations.
