Are Racist Chants Free Speech?

From Odyssey Networks’ Faith on the Record series: The University of Oklahoma has expelled two students and shut down the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity in swift response to a video that showed racist chants. I have to wonder if “we’re on a collision course between protecting free speech…and responding to the very real issues of race that still exist in this society.” Watch my video below for more insight and discussion.
